What You Will Do *

  • Strong knowledge about US Payroll. Good Payroll experience / familiarity with ADP Global View and ADP EV5 Payroll systems.
  • Excellent understanding of Payroll data , Payroll Processing Methodology , system integrations, and implementation best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Interpret business requirements, analyze complex issues, and recommend effective, scalable solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain functional and technical specifications, design documents, and implementation artifacts.
  • Work independently to resolve complex problems while providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and leading projects or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Provide post-implementation and production support to business units during project deployments and system enhancements.
  • Support project implementation activities, including go-live planning, end-to-end (E2E) testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and disaster recovery planning.
  • Partner with external vendors (e.g., ADP) to ensure successful project execution, production readiness, and ongoing operational support.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, reporting, and reconciliation to support business decision-making and operational accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Payroll Operations, Digital Technology (DT), and other cross-functional teams.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of USA Payroll operational experience on ADP Global View (mandatory) and Ev5 (optional, but good to have) Payroll system.
  • Familiar with USA Payroll key concepts of taxation, garnishments, 401K, FSA, FLSA, claims/overpayments processing, arrears processing, W-2 and other statutory reporting.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and with other people.
  • Strong Time management and self-motivation skills.
  • Self starter, adaptable, detail oriented, strategic thinker.
  • Experience with large projects especially implementations.
  • Worked within a project managed environment with structured meetings and deliverables.

Education:

  • BS, BA, B Tech or BE Degree in a technical program required
  • Advanced Degree is a plus.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project
management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

Skills Required
