PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $178,900.00-$218,400.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $138,800.00 - $258,500.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 10 years of information technology experience with demonstrated expertise in ERP application design.
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced degree
- Knowledge of a specific ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle,) including modules like finance, sales, inventory, and supply chain management.
- Experience in programming languages relevant to the ERP system, database management, system integration technologies, and cloud-based ERP architecture.
- Experience with public cloud (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud) technologies including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS offerings.
- Knowledge of SOLID design principles, Object-Oriented Programming and Design. Expertise with SOA patterns and distributed systems design.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery systems and tools such as Azure DevOps Services, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or TeamCity
- Experience leading and collaborating with multiple teams for enterprise-wide initiatives, including business unit teams, to deliver solutions through all aspects of the SDLC required.
- Industry conference experience presenting in front of technically adept, and non-technical audiences.
