Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership for the Integration capability team of software engineers and analysts
- Clears roadblocks for the integrations team
- Collaborate with other leads on Data Externalization team, ensuring that the right types of tools (reports, interfaces, co-existence) are used to fulfill externalization requirements
- Develops a robust understanding of business, market, and customer needs and can leverage that knowledge to propose and drive new or improved solutions to business partners
- Drives the application of modern software engineering practices to improve team delivery and solution outcomes
- Applies broad knowledge of domain to optimize choices in architecture and design
- Leads team in identifying and implementing modern software components, tools and technologies
- Drives code reuse and contribution strategy for span of control; minimizes redundant development by use of pattern-based approaches
- Uses broad understanding of human capital technology tools both from a technical and functional perspective to partner with functional teams to deliver capabilities/solutions
- Establishes partnerships across business and technology stakeholders to ensure the right problems are solved in the right way to meet customer needs
- Owns the improvement of user and customer metrics within span of control
- Influences leadership and peers by sharing experience, learnings, and ideas
- Effectively communicates with business stakeholders and technical team
- Be able to understand and suggest opportunities of various technologies in the context of experience
- Work within an agile development/delivery framework
- Coordinate improvement of agile development metrics including Time to Build (TTB) and Time to Value (TTV)
- Proactively identify and drive the integration of AI to solve problems and unlock new opportunities for the team to build AI, aligning AI initiatives with broader business goals

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 10+ years of integration/interface implementation experience
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM enterprise application implementation experience
- 10+ years of hands-on SQL development experience
- 5+ years of delivering products and value within an Agile-development framework
- Experience with data integration technologies and tools such as HDL, HCM Extracts, and BICC
- Solid understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and debugging
- Familiarity with many technologies and shares this with others
- Understands the nuances of AI project execution, and focuses on delivering tangible, responsible AI-driven value
- Extensive knowledge in developing and consuming APIs (SOAP, REST)
- Solid expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and architecture
- Proficient in developing and consuming APIs (SOAP, REST)
