The Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance complex software systems, including high-performance analytics, large-scale data processing, real-time applications, and business management systems. You will apply advanced methodologies, resolve technical challenges, and ensure software meets performance and functional standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Analyze user requirements to design, develop, and optimize software solutions

  • Debug, enhance, and resolve issues in software applications to improve efficiency

  • Develop and implement algorithms to optimize system performance and functionality

  • Design and implement efficient database queries and repository solutions

  • Develop and execute test procedures to validate software functionality and performance

  • Enhance software documentation and improve development processes with strategic recommendations

  • Lead and collaborate on software projects to drive innovation

Basic Qualifications

  • Twenty (20) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

  • Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

  • Must have experience with Java development

  • Clearance Required:  Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

  • C++, JBoss

  • AWS Certification

  • Git, Linux, Jira, Confluence, Eclipse

  • Stream-based processing frameworks

  • Oracle, SQL, NoSQL databases

  • Agile Scrum

  • JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

  • React or similar libraries (Vue, Angular)

  • Automated test technologies

  • JMS

  • Consuming and creating REST APIs and WebSockets

Pay Range:Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
