This role is tailored for those passionate about collective communication, vertical co-development of AI networks, and large model training scalability. What you'll be doing:
Leading the development of next-gen Scale-up fabric for AI data-centers
Concentrating on collaborative communication and vertical co-development of AI networks alongside hardware, software, and applications
Guaranteeing scalability, reliability, and robust training for large model development
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and implement innovative solutions
Creating innovative concepts that will ultimately proceed to full-scale manufacturing
Partnering with world-class talent to successfully implement new technologies
What we need to see:
15+ experience in software architecture and networking
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
