Program Planning & Cost Control Lead
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Parsons is seeking a Program Planning & Cost Control Lead to join our PMC team in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for leading planning, scheduling and project controls activities on major infrastructure projects, ensuring effective programme delivery, cost control and contractual compliance.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead project planning, scheduling, and project controls using Primavera P6.
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules aligned with contractual milestones.
Monitor project progress, risks, and performance, and prepare management reports.
Review contractors' programmes, assess schedule impacts, and evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
Support contract administration through change management, variations, and claims analysis.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
15+ years of project controls experience on major infrastructure projects, preferably in the water/wastewater sector.
Advanced Primavera P6 skills and experience with planning, scheduling, reporting, and EOT claims.
Strong communication; stakeholder and client management skills.
