The Global Services Offering Portfolio team is essential to Global Services and its strategy to simplify and converge service offerings that help customers achieve their outcomes. The team focuses on customer outcome-based services, defining integrated plans that support NI platforms across their lifecycle and throughout the customer journey.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that are often not fully defined at the outset. This role requires the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, build trust with teams and senior leaders, and keep business outcomes at the center of every decision. The position offers ownership of high-impact initiatives and a direct role in shaping the growth of the Services business.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead business transformation projects that improve Services operations, enable scale, and strengthen customer outcomes.
- Partner with leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable project plans, including scope, priorities, milestones, risks, and success measures.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams while keeping priorities, dependencies, and next steps aligned.
- Bring structure to complex initiatives by clarifying decisions, ownership, timelines, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Provide leadership with clear status updates, actionable recommendations, and early visibility into issues requiring attention.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive process, system, and operating model changes from planning through launch readiness.
- Drive accountability for commitments, decisions, and deliverables across teams without direct reporting authority.
- Support post-launch adoption to ensure initiatives deliver the expected business value beyond implementation.
Who You Are:
You are an experienced project leader with a proven record of delivering results on cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than direct authority. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to work that is not yet fully defined. You communicate with transparency, escalate risks early, and consistently follow through on commitments. You measure success by the business value a project delivers, not only by on-time completion.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs in a global organization.
- Demonstrated experience translating business cases or strategies into project plans with clear milestones and measurable results.
- Facilitation skills to drive conversations that lead to decision-making, process/service design, scope definition, and achieving consensus between different stakeholder groups.
- Strong skills in project planning, risk management, facilitation, and executive communication.
- Experience driving change management and communications for owned initiatives at all stages and with different levels of audiences.
- Experience partnering with IT teams or external vendors on system or process implementations.
- Ability to identify gaps and provide feedback to project team members to achieve quality outputs.
- English language proficiency with effective oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with business transformation, commercial systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ, or quoting tools), or process change initiatives.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience leading change management and driving user adoption.
- Preferred - Experience with omnichannel projects (e-commerce, internal and partner-led sales).
