We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer to join our operations team in Zurich. In this role, you will own the product quality improvement process for our advanced robotic platforms, including ANYmal D and the upcoming ANYmal X. You will play a pivotal role in managing non-conformities, driving root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and establishing data-driven quality improvement practices across the company. This is a unique opportunity to work on a highly complex, cutting-edge robotic product in a cross-functional capacity, directly impacting product reliability and scaling our quality systems for global success.
The Market & Our Technology
ANYbotics transitions industrial workplaces into high-efficiency environments through autonomous robotic inspection. Our four-legged robotic platforms, ANYmal and ANYmal X, are engineered to navigate complex, rugged, and hazardous industrial sites, providing high-precision data collection and real-time insights. By automating these challenging tasks, we enable industrial operators in oil & gas, chemicals, power, and mining to increase workforce safety, optimize uptime, and streamline operations.

- Drive structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as A3, 5W2H, and fault tree analysis
- Foster and promote a robust, proactive problem-solving culture across engineering and manufacturing teams
- Define, maintain, and improve product quality KPIs and data dashboards to drive visibility
- Analyze quality data from production, testing, and field operations to identify trends, recurring issues, and systemic improvement opportunities
- Report product quality performance and key risks to internal stakeholders to enable data-based design and production decisions
- Support the monitoring, compliance, and auditing of projects under ISO 9001 and ISO 80079-34 standards
- Train multidisciplinary teams on quality assurance tools and modern problem-solving methodologies
