Job Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Configuration of Syneos Health Unified Clinical Veeva Vault platform

  • Provide expertise in Veeva Vault configuration as a certified Vault platform administrator and configuration specialist

    Manage configuration changes for Syneos Health Unified Clinical Vault per agreed priority backlog items

  • Collaborate across the Clinical IT teams and work closely with Program Manager, Product Manager, IT Architects, and Syneos Health Vault Clinical Implementation team

  • Complete Certified Vault Training and stay up to date.  This knowledge will be used on a daily basis as part of configuration work and change requests

  • Deliver product enhancements through agreed backlog process to ensure Syneos Health Unified Clinical Veeva Vault Platform follows best practices, while evolving to meet business needs

  • Participate in impact assessment activities, reviewing proposed changes, and ensuring impact understood across all functions

  • Experience in solution delivery with GXP systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Computer Science or related field. 
  • Documented Veeva certification and experience in working in a GxP environment.
  • Problem solving skills are required to solve business process issues. 
  • The role will understand the current configuration, but also look to best practices for enhancements without impact to other objects or workflows. 
  • Written and verbal skills and the ability to communicate with business and technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems with innovation and enthusiasm

Skills Required

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering, or related field
  • Six to eight years of product operations or analytics experience
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to achieve business objectives
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and provide strategic insights
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire teams and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and documentation
  • Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools, product management software, and other relevant technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve complex operational challenges
  • Advanced project management skills to lead and coordinate multiple high-impact projects
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve product operations
