As a Principal Product Manager for Zoominfo’s Order Processing Engine (OPE), you will sit on the Ecommerce team and own the product roadmap to optimize and the automation needed to process ZoomInfo transactions at scale. This includes touchpoints into Quote-to-Cash, Commerce, Order Management, Provisioning, RevRec, and Compliance. To be successful, you must work from the customer’s perspective and translate it into innovative and scalable solutions that align with ZoomInfo’s business objectives. You will work closely with multiple teams across the organization to establish relationships, build alignment, and solve complex problems. You are a technically savvy, business-oriented product leader who can both think strategically and dive deep into the details.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of the OPE product strategy and roadmap, from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Technology, Finance, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to deliver automated and scalable order processing
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business needs and customer insights
  • Utilize data analytics and key performance metrics to inform product decisions, drive improvements, and measure the success of product functionalities (Tableau, SQL, R experience preferred)
  • Engage with customers, stakeholders, and executives to gather feedback and insights that shape the product roadmap and feature prioritization
  • Monitor and optimize product health, assess risks, and manage timelines to ensure successful product delivery
  • Communicate effectively across teams to maintain alignment and ensure product success

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of product management experience with enterprise systems (CPQ, CRM, billing, or order management)
  • 5+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash processes and systems
  • Proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles, particularly in automating business-critical processes
  • Strong technical acumen and experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, automated solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Hands-on approach and keen eye for detail: ability and eagerness to dive deep into the details to uncover risks and opportunities
  • Understanding of UX design principles and experience working with UI/UX Designers as part of a design process

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
