LastPass is looking for a Principal Product Manager

We’re seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our identity and access management product strategy. This role involves defining our roadmap to expand our value proposition into new adjacent areas, such as Zero Trust/SaaS App Security and passwordless solutions.

By contributing to the growth of our identity product line beyond password management, you will impact every aspect of the business, including customer acquisition, retention, expansion, profitability, and return on capital investments.

Who will you work with?

In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the company, including product management, user experience design, engineering, sales, customer success, marketing, and finance. You will contribute to enhancing our products and achieving strong business outcomes.

 What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Work with executives and senior leadership to translate corporate goals into product strategy.
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the LastPass Identity offering, including maintaining a clear product roadmap that prioritizes customer satisfaction and drives both short-term and long-term growth.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer care leaders to develop go-to-market strategies for targeted customer segments. Create end-to-end operational plans to profitably grow and scale the business, maximizing business value.
  • Lead the execution of product lifecycle processes, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements development, and product launch.
  • Translate product strategies into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement roadmaps in a timely and predictable manner.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Proven experience in product management.
  • Demonstrated success working with broad cross-functional teams, with the ability to effectively present and advocate for ideas and plans to internal stakeholders, executives, customers, analysts, and partners.
  • Domain expertise in cybersecurity products.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic organization with multiple concurrent initiatives.

It's great, but not required:

  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and market, including SSO, MFA, PAM, Privileged Access, and Zero Trust, is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $150,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
