We're hiring a Principal Product Manager, reporting to Senior Group Product for Teamwork Graph. As a Principal Product Manager driving our Platform Graph Experiences, you will be responsible for creating, advocating and delivering experiences that help our customers get their best work done across multiple Atlassian and third-party tools.

  • Use your product and platform expertise to independently deep dive into complex and ambiguous topics, uncover opportunities, and solve impactful problems
  • Work with Enterprise customers directly to understand their needs and build use cases
  • Partner with internal product managers and teams to collate those customer requirements and pain points
  • Define big visions, weave market and customer needs into tight narratives, and work across Atlassian to execute
  • Influence, manage and work across the organization - from customers, to developers, and senior executives
  • Dive into complex problems and use cases around automation platform, integrations and analytics

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, including creating platform strategy and working directly with customers in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience dealing directly with customers and translating requirements to use cases and strategy
  • Extensive Product Management experience building integrations for large-scale platforms
  • A track record for defining and executing complex platform strategies at scale that create business and customer value
  • Experience in quantitatively and qualitatively understanding complex problems, prioritising business and customer needs
  • Have excelled in environments where the topics and tasks are varied and you have to move quickly and learn fast
  • Experience with raising the product craft bar and driving best practices throughout your team and company
