About the Role
As the Principal Product Manager, you’ll be a strategic leader for our loan servicing products, from optimizing agent tooling and customer experiences to conceptualizing and implementing collections strategies. This highly influential role requires you to operate with a high degree of autonomy, advising and aligning with executives, and leaders from all areas of the business to execute on the most pressing business objectives. You’ll tackle our most complex challenges and leverage key vendor relationships to drive solutions that directly impact both our business's bottom line and customers' satisfaction. This role is perfect for a passionate product-leader who wants to shape the strategy of a high-performing team with tangible business results.
What You’ll Do:
- Define the long-term vision and strategy for our loan servicing products, leading the charge on our most critical and ambiguous initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders in engineering, design, and operations to architect and deliver scalable solutions that meet our ambitious goals.
- Own the relationships with key external vendors, leveraging their capabilities to accelerate our product roadmap and deliver on our strategic vision.
- Own and drive key business outcomes, using deep customer insights and data to measure success and inform your decisions.
- Be a subject matter expert: You'll stay up-to-date on industry trends and the regulatory landscape to make thoughtful product servicing decisions.
- Mentor and elevate other product managers and team members, sharing best practices and raising the entire team's skill set.
What We Look For:
- 6+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading major product initiatives from concept to launch, with a strong preference for experience in the credit card or loan servicing space.
- Deep expertise in consumer lending, specifically in loan servicing, payments, or collections.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse teams.
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and tackle highly complex, cross-functional problems with autonomy.
- Expertise in data analysis and using both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategy.

The compensation range of this position in San Francisco, CA is USD $200,000 - $230,000 annually plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
