Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or equivalent education/experience
  • 8 years progressively increasing responsibility in management level experience (project, program, product and/or people) with a focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or equivalent education/experience
  • 5 years familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages: SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools
  • 5 years experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
