We are looking for a Principal Product Manager – Payments & Finance to architect and deliver the next generation of global pay-in and pay-out infrastructure for our worldwide customer base. You will directly own the P&L for Payments & Finance and lead the creation of fintech products that serve the global workforce across 120+ countries.

You’ll shape product strategy, build strong partnerships with banks, payment service providers (PSPs), and cross-border payment networks, and work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to launch market-leading solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design & build best-in-class global pay-in and pay-out infrastructure, ensuring scalability, compliance, and cost efficiency

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy, requirements, and roadmap to launch and scale

• Directly own the Payments & Finance P&L, driving revenue growth and margin optimization

• Launch the next generation of fintech products for our global workforce, including wallets, FX, virtual & physical cards, and alternative payment methods

• Forge strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, card networks, and cross-border payment providers to expand coverage and improve economics

• Work closely with engineering to build secure, high-performing payment systems integrated with multiple financial partners

• Partner with compliance, risk, and finance teams to ensure adherence to local and global regulations

• Monitor and optimize payment success rates, FX spreads, settlement times, and operational efficiency

• Stay ahead of industry trends in fintech, payments, and global payroll to inform product strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 5+ years in payments, banking, or fintech

• Proven experience in building global payment systems (cross-border pay-ins & pay-outs)

• Strong partnership experience with banks, PSPs, and payment networks

• Experience owning P&L and delivering measurable business impact

• Deep understanding of payment flows, FX, compliance, and reconciliation processes

• Track record of 0–1 product launches and scaling fintech products globally

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at the executive level

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with distributed teams
