Atlassian is seeking a visionary and strategic Principal Product Manager to work on the Analytics & Reporting experience for Jira Service Management (JSM). In this role, you will help drive the evolution of JSM's analytics capabilities, delivering a world-class, AI-driven, and user-friendly reporting platform for enterprise customers. You will help set the product vision, help define strategy, and partner across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver actionable insights and industry-leading dashboards that empower our customers to make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities

• Help set Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for Analytics & Reporting in JSM, aligned with Atlassian's broader goals and customer needs.
• Drive Roadmap & Execution: Own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact features that differentiate JSM's analytics experience, including advanced dashboards, actionable insights, and industry benchmarking.
• Customer Focus: Engage directly with enterprise customers to deeply understand their analytics needs, pain points, and workflows. Use these insights to inform product direction and ensure customer success.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, flexible, and innovative analytics solutions.
• Leverage AI & Platform Capabilities: Champion the use of AI and Atlassian platform technologies to democratize analytics, automate insights, and enable self-service reporting for all users.
• Measure & Communicate Impact: Define and track key product metrics, communicate progress and impact to stakeholders, and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Mentorship & Thought Leadership: Mentor other product managers, contribute to the growth of the product management craft, and represent Atlassian as a thought leader in analytics and reporting.
