The Opportunity...

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Principal Product Manager to lead our Hyperscaler product strategy across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this high-impact role, you will define and execute our product and go-to-market approach to drive growth through cloud marketplaces, aligning with our broader monetization and ecosystem strategy. You will own the roadmap, cross-functional alignment, and execution for marketplace integrations, billing enablement, listing strategies, and partner ecosystem collaboration.


What You’ll Do...  

  • Marketplace Strategy & Ownership
    • Define and drive the company’s end-to-end strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP marketplaces.
    • Own roadmap for marketplace listing optimization, PPA/EDP integration, and multiparty private offers (MPO).
    • Align product offerings with Hyperscaler co-sell and incentive programs.
  • Product Leadership
    • Partner with product and engineering teams to design marketplace-compliant offers
    • Lead the enablement of utility-based billing, SaaS metering, and entitlement models.
    • Drive roadmap for native integrations that support badging, transactable offers, and regional compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Execution
    • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, RevOps, and Sales to ensure scalable quote-to-cash workflows.
    • Partner with GTM and Alliance teams to shape co-sell and drawdown strategies with Hyperscaler field teams.
    • Lead operational playbooks for onboarding new SKUs, bundles, and geo-expansion.
  • Metrics & Growth
    • Track marketplace performance including ARR contribution, trial conversions, and attach rates.
    • Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor transaction health, churn, and upsell opportunities.
    • Optimize for buyer experience across self-service trials, private offers, and procurement cycles.

Who You Are...  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on Hyperscaler marketplace strategy or cloud GTM.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Azure Marketplace, and GCP Marketplace ecosystems.
  • Proven success launching transactable SaaS offerings and scaling via co-sell and partner incentives.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS monetization, metering, billing models, and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent execution and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience with third-party marketplace management tools (e.g., Tackle.io) a plus.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Technology Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Coursework or certifications related to:
    - Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    - SaaS monetization or pricing strategy
    - Product management or strategy
  • Experience managing both self-serve PLG and enterprise-focused GTM motions.
  • Familiarity with FinOps, SaaS entitlement systems, and CRM integrations (Salesforce, etc.).
  • Prior background in infrastructure software, security, DevOps, or cloud data platforms.
