This leader will partner with engineering, security and business stakeholders to ensure the right people have the right access at the right time, all while maintaining the trust of our users and regulators. Key Responsibilities

  • Evolve the product vision and roadmap for GEICO’s IAM platform (e.g., authentication, authorization, federation, privileged access, identity lifecycle, etc.)
  • Translate complex business and security requirements into clear product strategies and actionable features
  • Partner closely with cybersecurity, engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure IAM capabilities that meet enterprise needs
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on risk, impact, and effort, using data and stakeholder input to guide decisions
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and threat landscapes to keep GEICO’s IAM platform modern and compliant
  • Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle — from discovery and design to delivery and measurement
  • Influence and align executive stakeholders on product direction and outcomes
  • Mentor and coach junior product managers within the IAM domain
  • Ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimize IAM services for usability, risk reduction, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on identity and access management or security-related domains
  • Deep knowledge of IAM protocols and technologies (e.g., SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA, SCIM, PAM, RBAC/ABAC)
  • Experience delivering IAM solutions at enterprise scale (B2C and/or B2E)
  • Strong strategic thinking, with ability to align product roadmaps to business goals and security requirements
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives in complex, regulated environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus
  • Relevant IAM certifications and/pr insurance industry experience is a plus


 

Annual Salary

$140,425.00 - $229,600.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
