As a Principal Product Manager at JFrog you will…
  • Drive Global Business Strategy: Own and optimize all company-wide business processes from quote-to-cash, enabling the seamless and rapid introduction of new products and services while maintaining highly effective and efficient processes for our existing product lines.
  • Build Customer Trust: Create unparalleled trust with our customers by designing and providing clear visibility into licensing, usage, and billing.
  • Streamline Adoption: Champion and deliver self-service capabilities that streamline the adoption of JFrog services to humans and AI-Agents, tailoring solutions dynamically to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Define Product Vision: Identify long-term market opportunities, define a robust product vision, and translate complex business requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
  • Own the Platform Lifecycle: Lead critical platform products from ideation to launch, ensuring strict alignment with strategic customer needs and high-quality cross-functional execution.
  • Leverage Data and Analytics: Design, experiment, and iterate based on customer feedback, market research, usage metrics, and business performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner deeply with Information Systems, Finance, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver highly scalable, secure, and efficient financial and platform systems.
  • Foster Executive-Level Relationships: Drive alignment and influence decisions across engineering, business, and executive leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to key internal and external stakeholders.
To be a Principal Product Manager you need…
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of significant ownership and leadership over complex, business-critical systems.
  • Strong technical background: Extensive experience in engineering, R&D, or deep technical product leadership.
  • Expertise in business scaling: Direct experience building, scaling, and managing internal-facing platforms, monetization services, billing systems, financial workflows, entitlements, provisioning, and cross-system integrations.
  • Systems knowledge: Proven experience delivering cross-functional, multi-system solutions involving enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, or equivalent ERP, CRM, and financial billing systems.
  • Strategic leadership: Outstanding ability to manage multi-stakeholder dependencies, align diverse teams, and execute high-pressure, high-priority initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication: Strong interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills to influence and lead across engineering, business, and executive (C-suite) levels.
  • Agility & growth mindset: Experience working in high-growth, global SaaS companies managing large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Skills Required

  • 10+ years of product management experience with significant ownership and leadership over complex, business-critical systems
