The Role:

Our Microenvironments business is looking for a talented Product Manager based in Kulim, Malaysia who has an established pattern of success in product management, operations, and product development. The ideal candidate for this role is experienced in managing product lifecycles, leading functional teams and driving commercial wins to fuel profitable growth is required.

With the fast pace of innovations, this candidate must be able to manage multiple, diverse, and complex projects with changing scopes and customer timelines. An ideal candidate must be able to adapt to changing market conditions quickly and often. We expect that the candidate will collaborate, share and be ready to learn in a team that partners closely with its customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Procurement teams; drive gross margin initiatives across the product portfolio.

  • Develop and deploy product strategies, incl. management of technology development projects

  • Oversee business growth program management, end-to-end, including New Product Development Projects

  • Engage with our Key Customers by obtaining VOC, initiating TRM reviews, and enhance relationship management

  • Define, develop and manage our product roadmap strategies to drive continuous innovation to grow Core Market Share and Share of Demand

  • Define new or adjacent markets to drive new market share

  • Develop and manage strategic pricing strategy for our core portfolio and new product offerings

  • Develop demand forecasts for products with documented assumptions and risks.

  • Support product management, engineering, and new product introduction teams to seamlessly release new product to manufacturing with accurate stocking strategies.

  • Create and present marketing materials, including presentations, data sheets, promotional and training materials, both internally and externally.

  • Complete other duties as assigned.

What We Seek:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Product Management or a Product Marketing role

  • Bachelor’s degree business, engineering or related

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

  • High Coachability and openness to feedback

  • Ability to define new product offerings and develop value propositions

  • Ability to articulate features and benefits of products directly with customers

  • Strong financial acumen; financial analyses, including basic discounted cash flow-based financial modeling (NPV, IRR, payback analysis, etc.)

  • Business acumen, including sound decision-making ability based on rigorous option-set development and analysis of economic tradeoffs

  • Ability to influence and work cross-functionally

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience in semiconductor industry is preferred

  • Software+ hardware product experience especially enabling engineered hardware product with technology
