The Role:
Lead the strategic management of Entegris' CMP Pads engagement for leading-edge logic and memory. This role is responsible for defining long-term business and technology strategy, shaping product roadmaps, driving portfolio and lifecycle management, and aligning R&D innovation to customer requirements with direct customer visit requirement. The position owns business performance and works across global functions to accelerate growth.
In this role you will:
Define and execute long-term strategy for the Pads business in advanced logic and memory markets.
Drive the Pads portfolio and business performance, including revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
Lead product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization and end-of-life planning.
Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments and technology development roadmaps.
Translate future customer and market needs into product and technology strategies.
Identify and develop new growth opportunities with strategic customers including TSMC, Micron, SK hynix, Samsung, and Intel.
Coordinate R&D, Operations, TPM, MQE and Supply Chain around strategic business priorities and drive NPI completion.
Guide portfolio, pricing, and investment decisions to maximize long-term business value.
