What you will do
- Accountable for all product characterization and qualification data, both in completeness and in correctness.
- Responsible for the technical content and quality of the product release.
- Responsible for proper archiving of char/test data and documentation.
- Responsible for Monthly production status and initiate possible cost down plan.
- Accountable to execute tasks according planning, find solutions to keep the planning on track.
- Negotiate Qual plans with QRE and Guides product qualifications.
- Participates in Risk assessment (FMEA).
- Participates in problem solving teams (8D).
- Initiates peer and gate reviews for the PE part.
- Built competences up to expert level on data statistics, Semiconductor processes, communication, English language, reporting, and working in projects, BCAM, yield and data analysis tools
What you will need
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- At least 5 years of product engineering experience
- Familiar with data analysis statics and C++ program reading
- Familiar with IC qualification flow and operations
- Show initiative, take ownership, and have an entrepreneurial attitude
- Have customer orientation and quality mindset
- Possesses Analytical Skills and ability to apply pragmatic approaches
- Communication skills in English
- Passionate in Analog ICs development work
