This role is key to designing a seamless customer workflow platform that will manage widgets across various media touch points, including sports betting platforms, sports media outlets, competition and team websites, and mobile applications.
You will be responsible for translating GeniusIQ, our next-generation data and artificial intelligence platform, into compelling, user-friendly products that deliver unmatched insights and drive fan engagement. Your work will directly help our partners—sportsbooks, leagues, and teams—differentiate their platforms and boost key metrics.
By collaborating with product managers and engineers, you will ensure our fan engagement widgets are scalable, customizable, and easy for partners to adopt, ultimately expanding our company's footprint and reinforcing our position as a leader in sports media and data analytics.
What you'll do:
- As a systems thinker and sports enthusiast, you’ll define the user experience and visual design for sports insights everywhere.
- Collaborate across fan engagement and advertising teams to develop innovative solutions that help our platform grow.
- Manage multiple projects across fan engagement initiatives simultaneously.
- Champion user research and feedback to ensure our designs meet the needs of our operations and engineering teams.
- Contribute directly to design artifacts, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Deliver user-centric designs that drive product success and elevate the user experience.
- Help evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all products.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on consumer facing digital products.
- Domain knowledge with American football, soccer and basketball is a requirement.
- A track record of influencing results by bringing cross-functional teams together through collaboration and compelling storytelling.
- Deep understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC).
- Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
- Experience creating data visualizations, ideally with live or streaming data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
