What you will do

  • Be responsible for translating new concepts and ideas into constructions
  • Identify technical concepts, use specific tools for evaluation and make implementation proposals
  • As part of development teams, you will be assigned to development tasks which are time committed
  • Apply design of experiment (DOE) according to proposed concept
  • Use state of the art development tools for semiconductor development


What you will need

  • Master’s Degree or PhD in physics or electrical engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position, preferred in power MOSFET design and wafer fab processes

  • Knowledge in state-of-the-art trench MOS platforms like split gate, orthogonal contacts, low ohmic substrates

  • Knowledge in semiconductor physics as well as in semiconductor applications

  • Familiar with standard software tools (e.g. Office), technical data analysis tools and problem-solving technique

  • Knowledge/Experience in power MOSFET Layout, TCAD or other simulation and design tools is an advantage.

  • Strong know how in technical data analysis

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Good team player

  • Willingness to travel (~10%)

  • Business fluent in German and English, written and spoken
