The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for building partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to all employees and continually improve the employee experience. Maintains a high level of business knowledge about the client groups business objectives, culture, challenges and requirements. The HRBP delivers people focused programs to grow and support a positive and healthy corporate culture.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions within the organization.
Essential Duties:
Consults with management to provide HR guidance as appropriate
Provides solutions to management and employees in order to improve relationships within the team, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to staff
Manages HR program cycles with client groups
Works with HR leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, talent management and organizational effectiveness
Partners with HR leadership in identifying, planning, and conducting training needs for business units
Guides managers on performance management initiatives, employee development and engagement topics
Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Attends to all matters that arise in the areas of employee and labor relations
Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills:

Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Required Education:
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a partnership capacity
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including, but not limited to: organizational development, employee and labor relations, DEI, performance management, talent management, total rewards, talent acquisition, learning and development, project management and federal and state respective employment laws
HR designation certificate or credential preferred
Physical Requirements:
General office environment requiring ability to:
Stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time
Speak and listen to others in person and over the phone
Use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports
Lift up to 15 lbs.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $109,695 - $137,145 + bonus + benefits.
