Responsibilities· Architect and implement automation-first solutions for infrastructure and application operations, leveraging tools like Ansible, PowerShell, and Python.
· Design and maintain monitoring services using platforms such as Checkmk, SolarWinds, and AI-driven tools (e.g., BigPanda, Dynatrace), with automation embedded into alerting and remediation workflows.
· Integrate log platforms (Grafana Loki, ELK, Splunk) to support automated root cause analysis and self-healing mechanisms.
· Build and manage event-driven automation pipelines using OpenShift Pipelines or similar CI/CD tools to support hybrid cloud environments.
· Lead initiatives to define, document, and continuously improve automation and observability services, including SLAs, KPIs, and onboarding processes.
· Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to embed automation and observability into service lifecycles from day one.
· Enable proactive alerting, anomaly detection, and automated remediation to reduce MTTR and improve service resilience.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
· 10+ years in enterprise IT environments with a strong focus on automation and monitoring.
· Proven experience with automation tools (Ansible, PowerShell, Python) and AI-driven monitoring platforms.
· Expertise in building automated workflows and orchestration across diverse environments.
· Strong scripting and integration skills to enable automation across observability platforms.
· Deep understanding of infrastructure and application stacks, with a focus on automating operational tasks.
· Experience with log management platforms and automation-driven observability strategies.
· Background in service design, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., ITIL, DevOps).
