As a Principal Implementation Consultant you will work on various existing Regulatory Reporting projects, helping to deliver Message Automation’s Regulatory Reporting solution, futureLANDSCAPE, by various regulatory deadlines. 

You will assist the technical consultants and clients understand the configuration requirements across all asset classes for multi-jurisdictional regulatory reporting. Maintain and manage our relationship with the various Global Trade Repositories, especially the DTCC. 

In this role you will establish, build and maintain excellent working relationships with our global clients in order to facilitate a positive and productive business relationship whilst ensuring that all their requirements are addressed promptly and professionally. 

To be able to assist with mapping data from various sources/formats to other destinations/formats. This normally involves retrieving data, transforming it and sending the results to a given destination 

 

Job Responsibilities 

  

The successful role holder will assist in:

  • Assist in the writing and review of production of functional specifications (FSDs) 
  • Business testing of futureLANDSCAPE and insideTRACK 
  • Pre and post-implementation support and remediation of identified reporting issues 
  • Monitoring and resolution of reporting exceptions and rejections, internal and external reconciliations and data assurance checks 
  • Identification and escalation of late reporting to all key internal stakeholders 
  • To co-ordinate and actively participate in client meetings  
  • To track issues/requests and monitor progress through to successful completion using JIRA system 
  • To keep abreast of regulatory reporting changes and share knowledge with clients and internally 
  • To be able to use MA’s toolkit to: 

- Retrieve data, e.g. some XML from a queue 

- Retrieve other data related to the primary data, e.g. some SQL against a database 

- Convert the data into some other format, e.g. CSV 

- Place the results of the conversion at a configurable location, e.g. write to a JMS queue, write to a file system.
