Job Responsabilities

Lead complex, cross-functional HR programs and initiatives from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, quality expectations, and intended business outcomes.

Drive stakeholder alignment and informed decision-making by synthesizing inputs, framing risks and trade-offs, and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams to move initiatives from discussion to action.

Lead the full project lifecycle across multiple concurrent initiatives and portfolios of work, establishing governance, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring disciplined execution and reporting.

Develop clear, concise executive communications, including status updates, risk summaries, recommendations, and decision frameworks that translate complex information into actionable insights.

Identify opportunities to standardize and scale processes and enhance project management methodologies, tools, technologies, and governance practices across HR.

Serve as a trusted advisor and program leader, bringing structure, clarity, and execution discipline to complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility initiatives.

Job Requirements

5-8 years of progressive experience leading complex programs and projects, preferably within Human Resources, People Operations, or other corporate functions.

Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups and senior leaders.

• Demonstrated experience in working with Work Councils

Exceptional project and program management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Proven ability to influence senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and drive decisions in complex and ambiguous environments.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

PMP certification preferred

• Broad understanding of HR functions and operating models preferred.

Strong experience preferred in one or more relevant domains: Employee Relations/Workforce Transitions, HRIS/Workday-enabled processes.

Experience using project and portfolio management tools, including Smartsheet preferred.
