Design and analyze digital and analog circuits including simulating, optimizing and floor planning HBM Base die and Core die circuits. Collaborate with the design and verification teams and support the efforts of multi-functional teams such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly and Marketing to proactively design HBM products that optimize all manufacturing functions and assure the best performance, power, cost, quality, reliability, timeto-market, and customer satisfaction. Design and develop analog & mixed signal blocks such as LDOs, opamps, reference generators, input buffer, output buffer, control logic, and internal test logic. Participate in new circuit conception and design as needed. Contribute expert technical knowledge to advance innovative technical solutions. Maintain Technical Expertise and Provide Training. Drive innovation into future memory generations within a dynamic.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Engineering, or related field and followed by five (5) years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Principal HBM Design Engineerrelated occupation.
Position also requires experience in:
1. CMOS circuit design, device physics.
2. Analog and digital Systems
3. Power network analysis.
4. Scripting languages (Python, Tcl, Perl, and shell).
5. Circuit verification and layout verification.
6. Silicon validation of circuits.
7. Ability to convey complex technical concepts through technical drafts and plans.
