Saviynt is looking for multiple Principal Cloud Services Engineers to help scale, support and

operate its Privileged Access Management (PAM) product, which is part of its Enterprise

Identity Cloud Platform. As a Principal Cloud Services Engineer, you will be leading the

operational and engineering aspects of the next generation cloud services vision for Saviynt.

will partner with the Product/ Support/Knowledge Engineering teams on multiple enablement

initiatives for PAM along with helping ongoing PAM implementations and reviewing completed

implementations. The ideal candidate will have a passion to learn and improve products,

greater attention to details and thrive for customer success. Having PAM domain knowledge is

mandatory and having IGA domain knowledge is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Work with the PAM enablement leader to create collateral and materials for training and enablement.
  • Responsible for setting up and managing labs for hands-on activities as part of training and enablement.
  • Review existing PAM implementations for alignment with recommended approaches.
  • Assist Doc team to keep the Product Documentation accurate.
  • Provide Level 4 support for PAM issues that require deeper understanding of the product.
  • Work closely with Product, CloudOps and InfraOps teams to understand and document PAM Processes and operating procedures.
  • Provide daily/weekly report for overall health of existing PAM implementations.
  • Work closely with the Training team to keep the self-paced training material up to date and accurate.
  • Assist POC team in setting up use cases that require deeper knowledge of PAM and the product.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s/equivalent in Engineering
  • Experience with ticketing systems, monitoring and automation platforms ex: Freshdesk, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, RunDeck
  • Understanding of SLAs and the importance of being within SLAs
  • Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support as an SME (on a rotational basis)
  • 8+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of cloud platforms, automation frameworks, database systems.
  • 3+ years’ experience in any Identity Management and Governance or Privileged Access Management or Privileged Identity Manager products
  • Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP)
  • Knowledge of Secret Management or Vaulting Services
  • Knowledge of Java/J2EE and SQL
  • Experience in Unix Shell/Perl / Python
  • Experience in one of the public cloud platforms – AWS or Azure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about operating and scaling cloud services per the expected SLA and constantly looking into data for operational insights

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter

- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):

> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures
