Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other Engineering field.
  • 14+ years of hands-on experience with databases, SQL, and programming languages like Python or Java.
  • Snowflake expertise and Data analytics exposure is good to have.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets.
  • 8+ years expertise working on cloud services platform,i.e AWS
  • Certification in data management and tools.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and improvise the Data operations support roadmap, implement systems, processes, and governance to meet SLA (Service Level Agreement), SLO (Service Level Objective) and operational standards.
  • Accelerate MTTD (Mean Time to Detect) & MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve) with automated incident management.
  • Leads technical prototypes & proof-of-concepts to prove new technologies, tools, and capabilities.
  • Handle technical escalations and support the team in complex triage and troubleshooting
  • Converts prototypes into working, production capabilities that deliver value to internal and external users.
  • Discerning data accuracies in large sets of data of diverse formats.
  • Identifies new opportunities for automation, alert noise reduction, and proactive detection of technical issues.
  • Creates roadmap for scaling up of the team towards engineering support for minor bug fixes.
  • Works with the team to create SWOT and ensures that the team is adequately skilled to handle the work efficiently
  • Collaborates with peer technical teams and business partners to understand complex requirements and provide comprehensive solutions.


Skill Description:

  • Leads the onboarding of new applications and features in systematic manner.
  • 7+ years of experience being in technical lead role managing a development or operations team.
  • Leads in the selection of platforms, software, services, and support for enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Data integration ,ETL and analytical tools.
  • Knowledge of data quality and data lineage management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
