Job DescriptionAs a Principal Data Operations Analyst, you will leverage your deep expertise to support assigned departments or countries by driving process optimization and system enhancements. Your primary goal will be to ensure operational efficiency, effectiveness, and flexibility while adhering to SOPs. You'll collaborate across functions and regions, offering expert solutions to complex issues and ensuring continuous process improvement.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible to design, establish, implement and prepare documentation for the projects or respective production processes/procedures/country specifics, ensuring expected quality and delivery timings are met.
- Implement solutions that translate into standardization and process efficiency while balancing local BAU needs
- Act as a single point of contact regarding tools and processes enhancements, including communication and follow up with countries.
- Provide expertise in the respective platform/process area
- Responsible to set up and get all training delivered to the team members on time with the respective quality
- Drive a continuous process to enrich training base and make it more effective.
- Asses the team members and work to fulfil the knowledge gaps. Ensure that teams operate with level of knowledge required.
- Propose improvement of processes, through automation, innovation and convergence.
- Support transformation and optimization of production processes and ensure SOP compliance.
- Support and organize the execution of new client solutions
- Answering technical questions and issues resolution
- Support a “root cause” culture to ensure that a true resolution is achieved for all performance incidents identified.
- Building and support documentation for best practices and country knowledge
- Develop skills by attending workshops and training sessions
Being part of SME community, share knowledge around Operational key topics working closely with Enablement.
- Drive Specific Topic within SME initiatives being a Champion

- First Point of Contact for inquiries
- Provide constructive input to Process Owners / Coordinators and Managers / Team Leads to optimize / improve Operations effectiveness

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent end-to-end operational understanding within assigned stream
- Good knowledge about specific FMCG categories, fully independent in resolving queries
- Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details
- Good communication skills including English language (verbal and written)
- Client communication skills
- Very good understanding of the local market
- Proactivity attitude in recommending suitable solutions
- Ownership for assigned tasks, driving progress and working out solutions. Able to drive initiatives forward and deliver business results in a client focused manner
- Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals together
