Key Responsibilities
Data Architecture & Strategy
- Define the end-to-end data architecture for AI-driven Triage and RCA systems.
- Design scalable data lake, metadata, and semantic layer architectures.
- Establish enterprise data models spanning engineering, validation, manufacturing, reliability, and design domains.
- Develop a unified data foundation and common schema across diverse data sources.
Knowledge Graph & AI Enablement
- Architect large-scale knowledge graphs representing engineering expertise, failure mechanisms, product relationships, and historical RCA data.
- Define graph schemas, ontologies, entity relationships, and semantic search strategies.
- Enable advanced AI workflows demonstrating GraphRAG, vector databases, and hybrid retrieval systems.
- Create data frameworks that support autonomous and agentic RCA workflows.
Data Integration & Governance
- Build data ingestion pipelines from engineering systems, telemetry platforms, defect databases, Jira, Confluence, test infrastructures, and manufacturing systems.
- Establish data quality, lineage, governance, and security standards.
- Define data access patterns and APIs for agentic AI systems.
Platform Scalability
- Design data architecture supporting millions of records and low-latency AI inference.
- Partner with cloud and infrastructure teams to optimize performance and reliability.
- Define observability and telemetry frameworks for AI feedback systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of proven experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Analytics platforms.
- Deep expertise in:
- Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
- Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j, ArcadeDB, TigerGraph, etc.)
- Vector Databases
- Graph Databases
- ETL/ELT Pipelines
- Data Modeling and Metadata Management
- Cloud Platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Experience building enterprise-scale AI/ML data platforms.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor, manufacturing, reliability, or engineering analytics experience.
- Experience with RAG, GraphRAG, Agentic AI, and LLM applications.
- Familiarity with engineering systems such as Jira, Confluence, test infrastructures, and telemetry platforms.
- Experience developing data products for decision systems powered by advanced technology.
