Help shape the future of how Azure manages capacity at cloud scale. As part of the Gleaners team, you will tackle some of Azure's most complex and evolving operational challenges, helping transform manual processes, fragmented workflows, and reactive decision-making into scalable systems that improve speed, clarity, and execution. You will work across Capacity Management, Engineering, Finance, and Business Operations to identify opportunities to simplify work, enable automation, and create durable operating mechanisms that support the organization's future needs. As the team continues to evolve, you will help raise the bar on how operational excellence, business insight, and technology come together to deliver customer and business outcomes.

As a Principal Customer Experience Program Manager, you will help identify and address emerging customer, business, and operational needs across Azure Capacity Management. You will bring structure to ambiguous situations, coordinate across multiple teams, and develop scalable solutions that improve how work is planned, tracked, and executed.
