Principal Consultant, Implementation Services

• Delivering high level presentations to audiences ranging from executives to system end users
• Establishing credibility and trust with clients at all levels
• Serving as the platform subject matter expert and thought leader throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Performing user requirements analysis; facilitating business process design sessions; identifying gaps, issues and reporting risk areas as part of a software implementation delivery team
• Translating business processes and requirements into business process flow documentation, solution design, and system configurations to support client's desired future state
• Analyzing client legacy data sets to understand the impact of the data on system design
• Demonstrating technical knowledge on the entire software implementation, including activities around data mapping, data conversion, system and security configuration and user acceptance testing
• Understanding and acting upon project priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones
• Driving consensus on desired outcomes for project-related decisions.
• Collaborating with internal teams to formalize best practices and refine project delivery methods for client outcomes (including Sales, Account Management, Client Success, etc)
• Actively participate and in scoping and Order Form completion
• Support/Mentor new hire(s) and Associates
• Participate and lead industry deep dives for onboarding new Implementation team members
• Actively coach team members on understanding the impact of data on system design

• Minimum of 8-10 years experience working as part of a delivery team
• Domain expertise in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, real estate, investor relations, or legal business development.
• Deep understanding of platform configurations, reporting, and workflow automation in SaaS implementations
• Proven ability to lead implementations, manage client relationships, and provide proactive solutions
• Strong experience in data migration, third-party integrations, and troubleshooting data quality issues.
• Experience writing Business Process documentation and other client-facing documentation
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
• Comfort with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with advanced Excel functions
• Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving situations
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership over your work
• Willingness and love of learning new technology, new processes and procedures, and new business models
• Ability to be onsite at client offices up to 50% (local and international)
