About This Role:We are looking for a hands-on AI engineering expert and thought leader who lives and breathes building software with AI, not just talking about it.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, AI, consulting, and customer trust.
You will:
- Go deep inside customer engineering organizations
- Conduct AI Maturity Scans through structured interviews and hands-on assessments
- Evaluate how enterprises use AI in engineering, AI in SDLC, and agentic workflows
- Produce opinionated, actionable transformation roadmaps
- Personally influence CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, and Product Leaders

AI Maturity Scans & Diagnostics (Core) - Lead AI Engineering Maturity Assessments across customer organizations
- Design and run structured interviews with:
- Engineering leaders
- Platform teams
- DevOps / SRE
- Product & Architecture teams
- Engineering leaders
- Assess maturity across:
- AI usage in engineering workflows (coding, testing, reviews)
- AI in SDLC (planning, CI/CD, DevSecOps, SRE, AIOps)

- Identify gaps, anti-patterns, and missed opportunities
- Benchmark customers against best-in-class global practices
- Translate assessments into:

- Actively build and prototype:
