As the Cash Flow Underwriting Product Manager at the Director level, you will be responsible for defining and executing the global strategy for cash flow underwriting products. Your role encompasses managing existing products, driving the development of new products, overseeing key partnerships, and collaborating closely with regional teams to ensure global alignment and effective roll-out. You will ensure that these products meet local market needs while maintaining a cohesive global product strategy.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 10+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on financial products, underwriting, or lending.
- Global Expertise: Proven track record of managing and launching products across multiple countries, with knowledge of regional financial markets.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and global teams, managing complex product roadmaps and multi-stakeholder projects.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of cash flow underwriting methodologies, data integration, and financial product design.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Impact You'll Make:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the global strategy for cash flow underwriting products, ensuring alignment with the company's broader business goals.
- Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Product Development & Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery for cash flow underwriting products.
- Manage and optimize existing products, driving continuous improvement based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Spearhead the development of new global products that can scale across different regions, tailoring them to the specific requirements of each market while maintaining consistency with global standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Engage with regional teams to understand specific market conditions, regulatory environments, and customer behaviors to localize and optimize alternative data products.
- Foster strong collaboration between global product teams, engineering, risk, and business units to ensure seamless product execution.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Cash Flow Underwriting, providing guidance to internal stakeholders on data strategies and product capabilities.
Roll-Out and Implementation:
- Support the global roll-out of new underwriting products, working with country teams to ensure smooth adoption and integration into local workflows.
- Develop detailed go-to-market plans, training, and support materials to aid regional teams in successful product implementation.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics and feedback loops to continuously monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Use key metrics to drive product iterations, ensuring ongoing market relevance and superior customer experience.
Risk and Compliance:
- Ensure that products comply with regulatory standards across all jurisdictions, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Partnership & Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including fintech companies, data providers, and other external vendors, to enhance product capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure alignment with product goals and deliverables.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :
The salary range for this position is $157,205.00 - $266,500.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
