Your role at Dynatrace
Our OneAgent is a core part of the Dynatrace Platform that collects all relevant metrics (including hardware, operating system, and application processes) across the customers' application-delivery chain.
Your job as an Agent developer is to implement new features and improvements to monitor critical customer applications and platforms.

What will help you succeed
Your responsibilities:

Developing primarily in C++
Engineering of performance and availability monitoring solutions including design, development, test and complete ownership
Analyzing and gaining an understanding of the inner workings of common frameworks through debugging, interrogation and similar
Actively participate in our agile development process
Work with a small development team with years of experience
Close cooperation with local and international engineering teams
Share knowledge and regularly mentor team members

What will help you succeed:

Seven years of experience in C++ and Java
Strong UNIX/Linux background
Socket programming experience
Java and UNIX shell scripting experience
TLS/SSL (OpenSSL) programming experience
Experience working with tools like GDB, Valgrind, Docker or Podman, etc.
Experience or familiarity with zOS
Enjoy developing high performant algorithms and working with latest technologies
Team player and eager to learn innovative technologies
Exhibit motivation in asking questions and confidence in discussing ideas
