Overview:
The SAP Finance and Controlling position will be part of the Digital Technology Financial Applications organization at Collins Aerospace. IT professional with good hands on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling functionality, configuration with knowledge and technical expertise in business and technical applications who analyzes and determines how to fulfill business IT needs. Analyzes system capabilities, and configures and resolves system functionality issues.
Job Title : Senior Lead Business Integration Analyst (SAP FICO)

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master’s full time degree in Accounting, Finance, or appropriate discipline with 6+ years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling. Should have experience on SAP Support and implementation projects.
Job Responsibilities

  • Work with business users to interpret and refine business requirements on projects.
  • Translate business requirements into designs and specifications that consider business process, industry trends and SAP best practices.
  • Provide end-user training to SAP Finance Users.
  • Develop and maintain project reports and dashboards.
  • Experience in financial month end activity and preparation of financial closing cockpit.
  • S/4 HANA implementation or conversion project experience will be added advantage.
  • Expert in SAP functional processes and functionalities
  • Hands-on experience to cutover activities related to FI/CO
  • Hands-on experience in cross functions integrations FI-MM, FI-SD and FI-PP
  • Support Month-end / year-end activity
  • Acts as an internal consultant in an assigned area during systems analysis, selection, programming, configuration, and testing.
  • Collaborates with application development teams to resolve system functionality issues.
  • Works with Security/Compliance, Infrastructure, and Project Management Groups to manage and document the digital technology solution
  • Work with the ABAP development and interface teams.

Required Experience:

  • The successful candidate is a demonstrated self-starter and flexible team member with excellent analytical skills. The ability to effectively summarize analyses and adjust communication for various customer perspectives is essential.
  • Experience successfully balancing multiple priorities and producing quality work within deadlines is required.
  • Experience performing moderate to complex issues, including summarizing conclusions for different audiences.
  • Proficiency with SAP FI Configuration
  • Handle SAP FI support (Preferably US Clients, France & Germany)
  • Handle issues with AR, AP, GL, Asset Accounting and Treasury
  • Prepare Functional Specifications and Test cases
  • Support client during UAT and month end closing
  • Exposure into GST and S/4 HANA
  • Knowledge on Third Party Tools such as Dolphin, Vertex, Concur, ITSM and Servicenow will be added advantage.
