Overview
You will join Deutsche Bank’s global Group Audit Data team, collaborating with stakeholders across business and infrastructure functions to strengthen trust in how data is governed and managed. You will support audits covering data management and records management, including governance, data quality and control frameworks. What You’ll Do
- Evaluate the effectiveness of controls across data management and records management using the Group Audit methodology
- Complete data capability assessments, continuous monitoring and planned audits
- Prepare and coordinate audit assignments and stakeholder engagements
- Draft and track audit findings through to closure validation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across governance, data quality and data lifecycle processes
- Support reporting and tracking of data and records risks
Skills You’ll Need
- Strong working knowledge of Data Management frameworks (governance, data quality, metadata, lineage and records management) and how they operate in practice
- Experience assessing control design and supporting evaluation of control effectiveness across data processes, systems and end-to-end data flows
- Ability to analyze data lineage and transformations, identifying risks related to completeness, accuracy and traceability
- Proven relevant experience, including contributing to audit or structured reviews, working with cross-functional stakeholders in regulated environments, and supporting end-to-end audit delivery
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $100,000 to $153,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
