- Lead architecture and design reviews for Azure and Call center environments.
- Own and evolve the architecture blueprint, including Tier 0 and Tier 1 services
- Oversee technology, architecture, policies, and configurations
- Coordinate with vendors (e.g., Hexaware) and internal stakeholders on infrastructure, security, and compliance
- Drive migrations and integrations, with stakeholder alignment
- Lead governance structures like CoPs, and Architecture Review Board (ARB)
- Ensure platform ownership and design document accountability
- Expand Calandra platform to include enterprise applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and architecture
- Experience is migration infrastructure and services to
- Azure cloud; Azure Landing zones and Azure stack
- Call centers to SaaS solutions, employ automation and AI.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to lead and manage complex projects
- Migration to Azure Stack
- Azure Certified; Any cloud architecture certification
- Principal Azure Architect with excellent communication skills
- Work with 3rd party vendors to deliver transformation projects
- Masters in engineering or management
