Principal AI Product Architect
Role Purpose
Design and deliver AI-powered enterprise products and intelligent workflows that turn emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable business solutions. This role combines product strategy, user experience, engineering, and AI innovation to create intuitive tools that help people work more effectively with AI.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled products, workflows, and conversational experiences from concept to adoption
Turn emerging AI technologies into practical enterprise solutions that solve real business problems
Create intuitive AI experiences including conversational interfaces, intelligent search, workflow automation, and decision support
Define product strategy, architecture, and roadmaps aligned to business goals and user needs
Design AI workflows using LLMs, retrieval systems, conversational interfaces, and multimodal capabilities
Partner across business and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions
Build reusable frameworks and design patterns that accelerate future AI product delivery
Ensure AI solutions are usable, explainable, and valuable for enterprise users
Mentor teams on product thinking, workflow design, and practical AI implementation
Stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and opportunities

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Product & Experience Design
Experience designing human-centered enterprise products and workflows
Strong understanding of conversational and AI-driven user experiences
Ability to drive product lifecycle management from strategy through adoption
Focus on usability, adoption, and measurable business value
AI & Emerging Technology
Experience with LLM integration, orchestration, and AI workflow design
Knowledge of conversational AI, RAG solutions, semantic search, and intelligent retrieval
Familiarity with intelligent document processing and multimodal AI systems
Hands-on experience prototyping and experimenting with emerging AI technologies
Architecture & Engineering
Understanding of modern product architecture across web, AI, data, and cloud environments
Experience integrating APIs and orchestrating workflows
Ability to design scalable enterprise applications and AI-enabled solutions
Leadership & Collaboration
Ability to connect business goals, user experience, and technical execution
Strong systems thinking and enterprise workflow perspective
Comfortable working across complex, cross-functional environments
Builder mindset with curiosity, creativity, and a passion for practical innovation
Ideal Background
Experience designing and delivering enterprise AI products, intelligent workflows, or conversational platforms
Background in product architecture, UX design, or AI-enabled workflow transformation
Proven ability to create AI solutions for non-technical users
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for simplifying complex technology into intuitive experiences
