Prime Services, APAC Client Onboarding and Transitioning - Associate

Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end onboarding and opening of custody account, DVP accounts and swap accounts within the Jefferies entities
- Support the onboarding of new clients and assist in training clients on firm's technology and processing
- Maintain onboarding documentation, account setup checklists and ensure all onboarding requirements are aligned with firm policy and control procedures
- Perform CIP/KYC for all new clients in Prime Services
- Coordinate the completion and review of client new account documentation for Cash Prime Brokerage and Synthetic Prime Brokerage
- Coordinate the account setup on the platforms, and demonstrate the applications directly for clients/prospects where needed
- Work with the sales and client service teams to transition all new accounts onto the platform
- Work with support areas across the firm for all onboarding requests including Legal, Compliance, Risk and Credit
- Work with other areas within the firm to address client requests, such as trading connectivity, margin inquiries, securities lending during onboarding

- Minimum 2 years experience in client onboarding and transitions within Prime Services environment
- Extremely detail-oriented
