JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role supports the development and optimization of pricing strategies and pricing actions for our Strategic Partnership Agreements (SPA) across all regions.
The role contributes by providing data-driven analysis, pricing insights, and tactical optimization recommendations, ensuring SPA performance is continuously monitored and improved to drive profitability and value for the business.
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for:
- Monitoring the evolution of the Operating Margin and OM%, understand its drivers and make recommendations to the pricing team.
- Ensures the achievement of the company’s Operating Margin and OM% targets by capturing revenue and margin maximization opportunities.
- Building and maintaining reporting tools to be used by the Pricing Team -Pricing strategy for the product supplied by global hotel chains
- Pricing strategy for the product offered by third party suppliers-Exploring opportunities to obtain incremental revenues by explointing complex sets of data
- Supporting the Budgeting and Forecasting team in the definition of the companys financial goals on the relevant KPIs
- Ensures efficiency in the implementation of pricing actions by defining scalable processes
- Ensures regular communication with key stakeholders to discuss market metrics and dynamics, and understand the available pricing opportunities.
- Ensures constant alignment with the regional pricing teams on overall pricing approach and optimization algorithms
Skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, able to interpret pricing and performance data at pace.
- High-quality written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools; familiarity with BI/SQL/reporting tools preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to dive deep into data when required.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial, Revenue Management, Analytics, or similar data-driven roles.
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, or other high-volume transactional industries is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into recommendations.
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration (Commercial, Finance, Product, etc.) is an advantage.
