This is a great opportunity for joining Pricing Global Business Services (GBS) in Lisbon to support global pricing activity in 70+ countries (100 legal entities) and performing a range of corporate administrative tasks and partnering with the business to deliver continuous improvements in service quality to optimise stakeholder’s experience. Work directly with Pricing Manager as key partner to our Pricing Centre of Excellence and Business Units to insure relevant, actionable, and sustainable performance insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collection, preparation and review of pricing information to support GBS Finance reporting including monthly/quarterly dashboards and pricing data analytics reports.

• Providing financials pricing support to key stakeholders across finance, marketing, and sales, supporting pricing optimal process e procedure implementation.

• Active role to enable BI as Global pricing capability to expand and standardize reporting across regions (Europe, GEM, NA, HSG, IC) as Pricing function strategy to expand the scope of GBS to support the business with real-time insights.

• Turning data-backed pricing into a competitive asset ensuring product’s benefits are measurable and factored into pricing decisions.

• Participation in group projects as they arise.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong data analytical acumen and statistical modeling to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability.

• Data analysis - This involves looking through sales and price data for trends and opportunities.

• Data collection: Price analysts collect relevant data by building and maintain a database featuring all the information relating to the pricing and sales of each product.

• Ability to analyse data and draw conclusions and proposals from it, capable to go beyond number knowledge.

• Ability to prioritise effectively to meet strict deadlines.

• A customer-first mindset to fit with our “forever caring” brand with strong stakeholder management and seeking to work effectively in matrix team environment.

• Proactivity and an “own it” mindset. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking.

• Ability to support a fast-paced high volume and diverse workload.

• Presenting: Price analysts present findings to managers and decision-makers before choosing a strategy.

• Previous experience working in Shared Services environment will be an advantage.

Qualifications/Education:

• Bachelor’s in business, Finance, Economics, Maths or Computer science apply to Economics or Business.

• Knowledge of system integration and the use of information technology for reporting namely Power BI, SAP S/4HANA, analytics, SQL, and Database Querying.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform products Advanced Excel and Spreadsheet Proficiency, Power Point.

• Knowledge of Pricing Software and Tools it’s an advantage.

• Up to 3 years experience in financial or analytic environment.
