Pricing (Quoting) Manager

We are looking for a new Pricing (Quoting) Manager employee to be based in Lodz.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead and develop the Pricing team, ensuring excellence in pricing strategies, tools, and methodologies.
• Define and implement local pricing strategies for new and existing products and services, including support for product launches and commercial initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitive data, and profitability, including complex cross-market and cross-product analyses.
• Support Sales and Program Management in tender processes, customer negotiations, and development of bundled or value-added offers.
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency, including ownership of pricing databases, benchmarks, KPIs, and pricing tools (e.g. QuickBase).

The experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team:

• Higher education in economics, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in pricing, or a related specialist role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Proven experience in cross-functional cooperation (Sales, Finance, Product, Program Management).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with pricing models, benchmarks, and financial data.
• Fluent Polish & at least intermediate level English language knowledge
• Good command of MS Office and relevant IT systems (BAAN is an advantage).
• Eligibility to work in Poland (EU).
