The Disney Experiences (DX) Segment has served as the backbone of growth for the Walt Disney Company, generating both revenue and operating income growth through the introduction of new experiences and technological advancements. In addition, multiple projects are currently underway at the Walt Disney World Resort which will continue to drive demand and improve the Guest experience.

The Walt Disney World Pricing & Product Development Team is responsible for financial and operational analysis supporting the strategic revenue objectives of the theme parks and resorts business divisions. Candidates should have a natural curiosity to understand the "why" behind business performance, take a proactive role in problem-solving, be results oriented, be able to prioritize and be a phenomenal teammate in a collaborative environment.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2027-June 2027.

What You Will Do:

As an intern, you will be part of a team that will help bring remarkable experiences, unparalleled services, and innovative products to life!

  • Interpret data and visualize results via reports and dashboards.

  • Coordinate with partner teams to build clear insights that address business questions.

  • Translate business questions/problems into actionable plans for analysis.

  • Accurately articulate value propositions around solutions

  • Build strong presentations that show context to the analysis and link to actionable recommendations

  • Reporting: Use standardized reports/dashboards which are supervised and improved based on business needs.

  • Helping to extract, analyze, and visualize data sets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience collecting and analyzing data and reporting on the results using Excel or a statistical software package.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong oral/written communication and social skills.

  • Creative problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, independence, ownership and pride in delivering quality results, and understanding the business impacts.

  • Curiosity about pursuing an analytical career path.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with SQL, Tableau, Business Objects or Power BI.

Education:
  • Junior or Senior year preferred.

  • Major or previous coursework in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or other related quantitative major preferred.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.

Additional Information:
  • This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2027-June 2027.

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship

  • Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.

  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, FL area.

  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.

  • Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
