Job Description
- Working closely with local and overseas teams to develop, maintain and monitor competitive and effective online and offline pricing strategies that enhance profitability.
- Tracking market trends and keeping up to date on current prices set by competitors though the use of cloud by price monitoring tools and traditional methods.
- Working closely with purchasing & sales teams to closely track movements in costs and market price
- Analysing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels
- Cooperation in launching and monitoring promotional campaigns
Qualification
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating a pricing process documentation.
- You possess good understanding of pricing strategies and concepts.
- You have strong analytical skills, are comfortable dealing with numerical data, and have strong attention to detail.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command in English & communication skills
- PC literate: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- SAP Knowledge is a plus
