The Pricing Manager for Southern Europe leads the regional pricing function, ensuring strong governance, compliance and strategic alignment with commercial objectives. This role combines leadership, analytical depth, and cross-functional influence to drive sustainable growth across the region.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will shape pricing strategies, lead transformation initiatives and contribute to the long-term commercial vision of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the regional pricing team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives

  • Implement pricing governance, policies and controls across divisions

  • Own pricing operations: list prices, discounts, ERP accuracy, annual price updates and acquisition integration

  • Provide financial and pricing support for bids, tenders and strategic commercial decisions

  • Deliver market, competitor and margin analyses through dashboards, reports, and business insights

  • Drive pricing process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Lead cross-functional and strategic pricing projects, including digitalization and pricing model evolution

  • Communicate pricing strategy, priorities, and insights effectively to senior stakeholders and commercial teams

Your profile

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field

  • At least 8 years of experience in similar pricing positions with people management responsibility

  • Strong analytical capabilities, including pricing analysis, margin optimization, and market dynamics assessment

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; solid experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

  • Fluent English and Spanish (Italian is a plus)

  • Strategic, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional initiatives

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and challenge senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving pricing excellence initiatives or pricing transformation programs

  • Background in matrixed or international organizations

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects at regional or international level

Travel Percentage: 50%
