The Pricing Manager for Southern Europe leads the regional pricing function, ensuring strong governance, compliance and strategic alignment with commercial objectives. This role combines leadership, analytical depth, and cross-functional influence to drive sustainable growth across the region.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will shape pricing strategies, lead transformation initiatives and contribute to the long-term commercial vision of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the regional pricing team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives
Implement pricing governance, policies and controls across divisions
Own pricing operations: list prices, discounts, ERP accuracy, annual price updates and acquisition integration
Provide financial and pricing support for bids, tenders and strategic commercial decisions
Deliver market, competitor and margin analyses through dashboards, reports, and business insights
Drive pricing process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead cross-functional and strategic pricing projects, including digitalization and pricing model evolution
Communicate pricing strategy, priorities, and insights effectively to senior stakeholders and commercial teams
Your profile
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in similar pricing positions with people management responsibility
Strong analytical capabilities, including pricing analysis, margin optimization, and market dynamics assessment
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; solid experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
Fluent English and Spanish (Italian is a plus)
Strategic, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and challenge senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving pricing excellence initiatives or pricing transformation programs
Background in matrixed or international organizations
Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects at regional or international level
