Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Pricing Manager to join our Iron Mountain Government Solutions team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated pricing models and "price-to-win" strategies to ensure the best outcomes for new business opportunities and renewals within the public sector. You will join a dedicated team of experts focused on winning new business and optimizing our government contract portfolio through data-driven insights and strategic deal structuring.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive comprehensive pricing strategies by translating business goals into actionable models for new and existing opportunities, ensuring the best combination of services and price points to achieve organizational targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional Public Sector teams, including Contracts, Subcontracts, and Program Business Support—to build compelling sales proposals and provide analytical support for customer-facing teams.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements by developing internal financial models and preparing cost volumes for federal solicitations and contract modifications.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing various contract types, specifically within the public sector or government solutions domain.

  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation, General Services Administration schedules, and various contract types including Cost-Plus, Time and Materials, and Firm-Fixed-Price.

  • Proven ability in creative data analysis, with the skill to translate complex financial information into persuasive stories and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or Economics; a Master’s degree or Certified Pricing Professional recognition is highly preferred.
